If you’re looking for pizza near Brighton station, have a hankering for smokehouse loaded fries in Brighton, or you’re just looking for quick grab-and-go food on Queens road, then Vudu Food X Weirdough Pizza is the answer you’re loooking for.
Our kitchen serves up big flavours, generous portions, and affordable street food right in the heart of the city.
We sit right between Seven Dials and the famous north Laine, making it the perfect stop whether you’re heading into town, catching a train, going to a gig, or walking down to the beach.
GIANT PIZZA SLICES IN BRIGHTON
One of the things that makes Vudu Food X Weirdough Pizza different from other venues that offer pizza by the station is that we also offer our pizzas by the slice.
We are one of the only places in the area serving pizza by the slice making our place a perfect pitstop if you just want a quick bite without needing to order a whole pizza.
Our slices are cut from massive 24 inch pizzas, making them some of the largest pizza slices in Brighton, and a really good deal at under £5.
If you’re sharing (or you’re just super hungry), you can order whole pizzas too. Our small pizzas come in at 12 inches, and our large comes in at 20 inch, and both sizes are available to eat in or takeaway.
Of course, you’re welcome to order a 24 inch pizza to eat in, but they don’t make pizza boxes big enough for you to take the whole thing away.
REAL BBQ SMOKEHOUSE FLAVOURS NEAR THE STATION
Alongside Weirdough pizza, we also serve our authentic smokehouse street food. This belongs to the ‘Vudu Food’ half of the collaboration, the Brighton barbecue brand that started as a food truck way back in 2015.
Our meat is all smoked in-house using hickory wood chips and finished off with smoky barbecue sauce, giving it that deep smokehouse barbecue flavour.
When you’re on the hunt for food near Brighton Station, but you’re not quite sure what you want, smokehouse loaded fries are a great choice, and a crowd-pleaser if youre with a group.
They are gluten free, and you can choose whether you want them covered in cheese or not. Our pulled meats are delicious, with favourites like puled pork, beef brisket, and cajun chicken, and our vegan option of pulled barbecue jackfruit is equally delightful, perfectly able to stand among the big hitters in its own right, and a firm choice for vegans and meat-eaters alike.
And of course, if you want these on a pizza instead, go for it! Try our line of barbecue smokehouse pizzas!
All of our dishes are designed to be eaten on-the-go.
Our roots are in the festival street food scene, and as such everything can be eaten standing up, on the move.
If pizza by the slice, or loaded fries all seem a bit much for a quick grab-and-go snack on your way to Brighton railway station, or wherever you’re heading, we have a great snacks and sides menu.
Great for sharing between friends or family, or nibbling to yourself, our Halloumi Fries (reported to be some of the best in Brighton), Southern-Fried Chicken Strips, Cajun Fries, Mac and Cheese Bites, Jalapeño Poppers, and Rustic Skinny Fries are just the ticket.
BACON ROLLS AND COFFEE NEAR BRIGHTON RAILWAY STATION
Back by popular demand, our famous triple-stacked bacon rolls have returned to Queens Road. For a long time we were one of few places offering grab-and-go bacon rolls near Brighton Station, and after taking a pause over Winter, we are pleased to bring back this long-awaited service.
The weekends will now be even better as you can grab a bacon roll AND a barista coffee for only £6. Its a deal too good to pass up, whether on your way into town for the weekend or on your way back home after a fun time in the city.
The menu begins with just bacon, for a simple triple-stacked sandwich. Then we see bacon and hash browns, which has quickly become the firm favourite of the locals on Queens Road and nearby Seven Dials. The classic B.L.T. and the B.B.C (bacon, brie and cranberry) then round things up. Every sandwich is available with vegan ‘bacon’ instead if you prefer.
BRIGHTON STREET FOOD WITH SEATING AND OUTDOOR TABLES
Our Queens Road restaurant combines the energy of a Brighton street food kitchen with a relaxed place to sit and eat. Inside you’ll find a rustic, colourful space, with a laid-back street food vibe, good music and an open kitchen where you can watch the pizzas being made.
We have indoor seating for around 12 people and south-facing outdoor seating for another 12 – A welcome spot for a quick takeaway near Brighton station or a casual spot to sit down and do some people watching.
If you’re having a celebration and want to book out the whole place for you and your party then please just get in touch at info@vudufood.com to speak with us and arrange a private session. You can pre-order food, choose your own music, and BYOB!
